Share your own link from the game. If your friend really plays, you get £0.43 play money and your friend gets £0.11. Does that friend invite someone else? Then you get another £0.11 bij.

Guide: take good care of your character
Your character has four needs that you see on screen as bars. Keep them high and your character stays fit and cheerful.
🍔 Hunger
Eat and drink: cook a pancake, bake a pizza or grab an apple from the fridge.
⚡ Energy
Sleep in your bed, sit for a while, or have a coffee, a shower or a sauna.
😄 Mood
Dance, do sport, read, paint, play music or turn on the radio and the disco ball.
💬 Contact
Talk to others, give a gift and play table tennis or table football together.
In the shop you’ll find 109 items that really do something: from coffee machine and treadmill to drum kit, sauna and sweet machine.
What can you do?
Your own house straight away
Anyone who signs up immediately gets their own house with a name sign and letterbox on the next free plot. That’s how the town grows by itself: street by street, neighbourhood by neighbourhood.
Add and furnish rooms
Build rooms onto your house and walk between them through doors. Furnish everything with furniture from the shop: from sofa and bed to pool table, piano or hot tub.
Cooking, sleeping and partying
Grab something from the fridge, make a pancake, sit on the sofa or sleep in your bed. Your character has hunger, energy, mood and a need for contact.
Work and wages
Kies uit 15 jobs, from baker to vet. Every day you get free play money and on the 20th of the month your wages.
Buying, selling and renting houses
Put your house up for sale or rent it out as a holiday home. Tenants can change everything; afterwards everything is put back exactly as it was.
Dogs and cats
Walk your dog on the lead through the whole town. Cats go outside by themselves and come back home on their own. Animals play together.
Profile with guestbook
Show who you are, what you like doing and where you live. Friends write in your guestbook.
Daily tasks and challenges
New tasks every day, challenges from bronze to diamond and a level that keeps rising. Tidy up, put the wheelie bin out on Tuesday and earn play money.
Going to school
Work through all school years with real exercises, take tests for your report and learn together in class. Or become a teacher yourself.
Bowling, jumping and playing
Bowl strikes in the bowling alley, make combos in the trampoline park and play with friends in the playground.
President, mayor, police and builders
Its own council and police keep things fun and safe. Builders construct new buildings for the town.

Frequently asked questions
- Is Maketoo free?
- Yes. Taking part is free and you play straight away in your browser on computer, tablet or phone. Nothing needs to be downloaded.
- What is play money?
- Play money is Maketoo’s money, shown in euros. You get it for free when you log in and as monthly wages from your job, and you use it for furniture, pets, rooms and houses. You can only use play money in the game. You buy it with real money (£0.86 = £0.86 play money), but you can never exchange it back for real money.
- How safe is Maketoo?
- Passwords are stored encrypted, private messages are encrypted in the database and Maketoo’s police handle reports. The council uses two-step verification.
- Will my profile appear on the internet?
- Only if you turn that on yourself under “Edit profile”. By default your profile can only be seen in the game.
- Can I help out?
- Yes! On the Vacancies page you can read which positions there are. You apply in the game under Work.
