Prices

With the larger packages you get more play money than you pay: the difference is a gift. You can only use play money in the game. You buy it with real money (£0.86 = £0.86 play money), but you can never exchange it back for real money.

All prices include VAT.

How it works

1. In the game, click on your play money at the bottom right (or Me > Buy play money).
2. Choose a package and tick the three boxes: agreeing to the terms, immediate delivery, and that you are 16 or older or have permission from your parent or carer.
3. You go to Mollie’s secure payment page and pay, for example, with iDEAL or a card.
4. Then the game continues and the play money is in your account straight away.

Safe and sensible

• Per account you can spend at most £21.50 per day and £43.00 per month. New accounts can only buy something after 24 hours.
• There are no surprise packs or games of chance: you always know exactly what you get.
• Play money stays play money: you can never exchange it back for real money.

For parents and carers

Did your child pay without permission? Get in touch via info@vcrshop.nl with the name in the game and the date. The payment is then reversed and the money is refunded to the account it was paid from.

Right of withdrawal

Because the play money is delivered immediately after payment, the right of withdrawal lapses. We explicitly ask for consent to this before payment. Read more in the terms and conditions.
